Final meeting in Valencia

The Play2Green final meeting took place on Monday, 5th of May 2025 in Valencia, Spain. The purpose of the meeting was to review the overall project and to disseminate the experiences and good practices obtained through working in the project’s consortium.

The final meeting was led by Ivana Slošić, the project’s manager. First, the partners reviewed the project in terms of the activities and results related to each work package. The first work package was focused on project management (coordinator Ivana Slošić), the second work package was focused on the development of green-themed serious games (coordinator Jurica Babić), the third work package focused on the blended hackathon (coordinator Katarina Mandarić), and the fourth work package focused on dissemination and visibility (coordinator Matea Žilak).

The green-themed serious games, Green Siesta and HoloZoo, were presented by Ana Radović, who explained Universal Design for Learning principles included in the games.  The indicators for each project result were reviewed throughout the whole meeting. In the second part of the meeting, the highlight was put on the evaluation of conferences that have already taken place in Debrecen, Valencia, and Zagreb, as well as on the green-themed serious games developed within the project. Afterwards, the activities and indicators important for dissemination and visibility results are presented.

In the end, future steps and goals are discussed, after which every partner was given the opportunity to reflect on the project results, sharing good practices and experiences from the project!

According to the final meeting’s review, the vast majority of activities have been completed successfully, and the remaining tasks are progressing according to plan 😊
