The third Play2Green serious game, called Green Siesta Quiz, is now available!

This green-themed serious game is based on augmented reality (AR), a technology that overlays digital content onto the real world in real time, enhancing the user’s perception and interaction with their environment.
In the third and final Play2Green serious game, Green Siesta Quiz, AR is used to provide a new experience for the user, who is represented as a cartoon avatar that can be customised. Also, AR offers a new and engaging form of interaction with hand gesture recognition.

All text within the game has been translated into five EU languages: English, Croatian, Spanish, Hungarian and French.

This serious game focuses on various types of waste and their management. There are two types of quizzes: a multiple-choice quiz featuring fun facts about waste management, and a sorting quiz where players must correctly place waste items into the appropriate recycling bins.

A serious game has a gradual increase in difficulty (8 levels), a fresh set of questions at each level and provides an educational and engaging experience.
