Ivana Rasan is Associate
at the Telecommunication Department of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb. She is a Ph.D. student at the Josip Juraj Strossamyer University of Osijek (Communication Studies
) and a member of the “Social Networking and Computing Laboratory (socialLAB)”. Her research interests are based on increasing productivity in management processes by using efficient communication tools.
In 2009 she worked as an auditor at BDO Croatia Ltd where she gained extensive experience working with different types of firms and institutions. After experience in audit, in 2010 she started to work in the field of European Funds as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education – Department for Financing and Contracting of EU programmes. During working in AVETAE DEFCO Ivana attended different kind of specialization seminars and workshops to enhance the level of knowledge in the field of EU funds and performance management.
In 2013 Ivana started to work at the Telecommunication Department of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb as a Project Manager on the project “ICT Competence Network for Innovative Services for Persons with Complex Communication Needs” funded by the EU (project value 765k EUR).
